Welcome to OilGasSteps. These Terms govern your use of our Oil & Gas Career Platforms, including services, informational products, and physical goods offered via OilGasSteps.com in the year 2025.
1. Services
OilGasSteps provides career development services such as coaching sessions, skill workshops, and placement assistance in the oil and gas sector. By purchasing a service, you agree to participate as scheduled and supply all requested information.
2. Informational Products
Our informational products include digital guides, online courses, and webinars related to oil and gas careers. Access to these digital items is granted via secure login credentials after purchase.
3. Physical Goods
We offer career development materials and study kits shipped to your address. Title and risk transfer to you upon dispatch from our warehouse.
4. Refund Policy
We understand circumstances may change. Our refund rules are tailored to each category:
- Services: You may request a refund up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. Refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Alternatively, you may transfer your service slot to another date or transfer attendance to another person at no additional charge if notified at least 7 days in advance. If cancellation occurs less than 7 days before start, no refund will be issued, as resources and staffing commitments have been made on your behalf.
- Informational Products: Digital items are non-refundable once access credentials are issued, due to their immediate availability. Please review the preview and syllabus before purchase.
- Physical Goods: You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition. Refunds will be processed to your original payment channel within 14 days of receipt. You may also share an item for a different study kit subject to availability; you are responsible for return shipping.
